Networking

This is how dictionary.com defines NETWORKING.

One way to successfully position yourself for a move up within nationwide is to network.

Use your work connections with people to find out about openings before they get posted. If you get recommended is a lot easier. Let the power of the word work in your favor.
Simply put " just say the word".

There are tools at work that one must use in order to achieve the desired results.
